Brunching Adventures: Cafe Polo

If you ever need a instagram feed to make you drool, follow Cafe Polo

Based on this alone, I decided that I needed to eat at Cafe Polo.

We had a few hours to kill one Saturday lunchtime so decided to head across the city to Miramar where Cafe Polo is found.

The place was quiet, in terms of noise as well as people, and we found seats easily. We were quickly given menus, as well as water and left to decide what to eat.

I settled for the Zany Zeus Halloumi and Mushroom on toast. As someone normally very put off by mesculan lettuce, I found it worked really well with the dish and at the end, there was very little left on my plate. Halloumi and mushroom

Ad decided on on a dish from the large daily menu board. A Vietnamese salad with poached chicken and prawns (if I remember correctly.)

The staff were all very attentive at Cafe Polo and the coffee was excellent and while I didn’t arrive in time to get doughnuts, I did manage to get cake…
